Please follow the pictures:
1. Click the down arrow on to your top-right corner next to Home.
2. Go to / Click "Privacy Setting"
3. Scrolldown and look for Manage Blocking then click on it.
4. You will see the list of people you have blocked.
5. Click "Unblock" next to the name(s).
